In the Help Center we offer you a couple different ways to learn how to use our Builder Site Tool. One way builders find helpful is watching the video below as it carefully walks you through all the steps. Some find it easier to read instructions which is why we also offer a comprehensive PDF version which you can access via the button in the menu on the right. It covers all the same steps the video does and includes key imagery from the application as well making it easier to follow.
Last if you have custom questions you need answered we are always reachable via the ‘Contact Us’ button on the right or via the ‘Contact Us’ link in the top navigation. That will take you to a form where all we ask is some basic information so we know how best to assist you.

Step 1: Add a new block.
Step 2: Search or find the “Code” block. Add to your page.
Step 3: Paste the Latham embed code into the code block, save.
Step 1: Add new element. Select “Embed Code”, then “Embed HTML”.
Step 2: Paste the Latham embed code into the HTML element. Click “Update”. Publish and test page.
Simply go to the main account page within the tool. Once there, type in the email address of the person you are delegating your account to and hit submit. You will be immediately logged out of the application and the person you delegated will be sent an email prompting them to customize a password like you did originally and login.
The content within the embeds is not editable because they are set to be customized dynamically whenever we update a product. Therefore, if you were to edit the embed in any way it would cease to work properly. **Please note, the format we use for the embeds is proven to be effective for consumers after years of testing on our own website.
This tool only works with most of the major web platforms, it does not work on platforms like Shopify or Facebook. What we recommend is you engage with a local web developer and ask them to create you a microsite or landing page using this tool to incorporate Latham product into it. This approach should make what the developer must build minimal in time and expense.

Not at this time. The embeds are however set to work with systems like Google Translate if used on a website overall.
